The inquiry follows Talbott’s October 27, 1989 NASA Lewis Center work date, the day Amy disappeared from Bay Square Shopping Center.
Lorain County prosecutors plan to present a case to the grand jury next Tuesday in the death of 13 month old Kristen LaMarr in the foster home of Richard J Schultz and Susan M Schultz. A medical report showed patterns of abuse with healed arm leg and rib fractures. Kristen died June 6 1990 from head injuries cited as homicide. Nicole LaMarr surrendered custody earlier. A $1 million civil suit was filed against the foster parents and Childrens Services.
