Soldier's death linked to murder charge in Fort Story case
Army charges Nancy Varraso with murder after she admits helping 19 year old Pfc Tartimy Meza Luna kill herself at Fort Story. Meza Luna’s body was found by her husband Manuel Meza Luna. authorities say the death may not be drug or gun related though the investigation continues.
