Goodwin gets prison term after late plea
In College Station Texas Judge Olivito sentenced Goodwin to not less than one year and not more than five years for involvement in Marsho's theft after a last minute claim of a plea deal. The case included tension over alleged prosecutorial promises and a prior 30 days in jail plus a $120 fine for aggravated menacing. Goodwin spoke with his mother and girlfriend as he was led to prison.
