The Ohio Supreme Court may decide if Wal lace J. Ciapia Lorain can hold both Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority and Lorain County Metropolitan Park Commission posts. The petition filed by Loram County Prosecutor Paul J. Mikus requests a ruling on incompatibility since 1951. Chapla was appointed by the Lorain mayor to the housing authority in 1958 and to the probate court in 1951. he receives no remuneration from either board.

Burglars Target Store Safe and Cash in Break-In

Cecil Clark of Linfield Pa was found not guilty of unsafe operation of a vehicle after a Turnpike judge ruled his action on the berm was a reasonable safety choice.
