Elyria mothers join twice weekly exercise group with toddlers
In Elyria a 20-woman program at the Recreation Center blends fitness with family life. Toddlers roam the gym while mothers exercise, led by Mrs. Daniel D. Golski. Sessions cost 25 cents daily or 1.50 for a season, with a 45 minute workout and volleyball after a rest. A calorie chart guides weight goals though toning takes priority.
