Lorain County deputies report a man stole a Salvation Army red kettle containing about 150 dollars from the Sparkle Market on Route 58 Tuesday night. An 18 year old Lorain woman and a coworker were briefly in the parking lot when a knife was displayed, the thief grabbed the kettle and fled into nearby woods with a second man described as 22 to 23, wearing a dark rain jacket and gray pants.
