Fire destroys warehouse as propane forklifts blamed
Al Carter and Wetherbee described a warehouse blaze in a 75 by 200 foot building where two propane powered forklifts exploded. A delivery truck burned, water from a 40 foot ladder fought the flames, steel panels peeled away, and firefighters contained the fire with help from neighboring departments. The cause remains under investigation.
