Court issue halts Lorain Brenner and Cityview projects
A Lorain court, Judge Floyd D. Harris, granted a restraining order halting work on the Brenner and Cityview projects after mutual pause by the city and minority contractors who allege the city violates its affirmative action ordinance. The order lasts until December 3 when a full injunction hearing is set.
