Crane worker killed as railroad platform collapses
A 24 year old employee of Elyria Belting and Machinery Co died Tuesday when a platform on a railroad crane collapsed and he was crushed beneath the crane wheels. Jeffery Peters of 6114 Dorwood Dr was pronounced dead at the scene by Lorain County officials.
