Refuse on Little Darby land spurs conservation debate
Citizens Against the Refuge Proposal fight a federal state plan to create a refuge near Little Darby. Opponents deny selling land and seek alternatives like conservation incentives for farmers, deed restrictions for 30 years, and a broader state program to curb urban sprawl while preserving farming. Christopher Walker of Yellow Springs represents the group as they pressure the Fish and Wildlife Service.
