VA chief urges reform as vets with hemorrhoids draw checks

Knoxville boys play fatal game ends in tragedy
In Knoxville Tennessee a 12-year-old boy died after a classmate in a cops and robbers game fired a loaded shotgun. Richard Todd Anderson of Mascot died at University of Tennessee Hospital. Robert Norton admitted firing after claiming Anderson shot himself. The incident at East Knox County Elementary is under investigation and likely ruled accidental.
