Midland Title plans new owners policy expansion
Midland Title Security Inc will offer an expanded owners policy for Ohio home buyers and lenders backed by Pioneer National Title Insurance Co. Lorain County manager James Stipanovich announced the coverage targets qualified owner-occupied residences and one to four family dwellings as well as condominiums. The policy increases coverage for defects and can raise the face value up to 50 percent with no extra charge, but cannot be issued with a title guaranty.
