Death marks end of a life of service for Miss Rena Conn
Miss Rena Conn age 89 died yesterday afternoon at the Elsha Home for the Aged. She came to the home in 1921 and served as secretary of the Sunder School of Union Avenue M E church in Alliance from 1875 to 1955. In Elyria she attended First Methodist Church and Mt Union College ceremonies. Funeral services were held Saturday at 9 30 from the Tmeon Avenue McEleyure in Ohio with Rev C W Stoneburner leading assisted by Dr J J Wrethor Mansfield Dr W H MuMaster Mt Union College president and Rev Kari Meister. Surviving nephews include Joseph Pippett of Ashland and Carl Pippet of Milford Center with others in California.
