Woman sues ex boss for harassment at Technifab
An Amherst woman, Nacole D. Maurer, 27, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit in County Common Pleas Court against Scott R. Bove, 44, formerly of Avon Lake and owner of Technifab. The suit alleges physical restraint, repeated unwanted touching, groping, slapping, and sexual propositions, plus a pattern of abuse toward other female workers. Maurer seeks at least $25,000 in punitive damages. The case is before Judge Kosma J. Glavas.
