Dead woman's family sues over Lorain sewer collapse
The family of Dorothy Dulick, who died May 24 2009 from injuries linked to sewer debris in her home, adds a wrongful death claim to a long running suit against the city of Lorain Insituform Technologies and CT Consultants over a 2006 sewer line collapse on Old Lake Road. Other homeowners also sue for negligence, arguing the defendants knew of sewer problems and failed to fix them.
