Two crashes injure five on Saturday in Lorain County
A head on collision on state Route 57 near North Ridge Road left Miguel A. Sanchez 21 of Lorain in critical condition with Adrienne Caraballo 18 of Cleveland in fair condition. Hector Vazquez 50 and his 13-year-old son were also taken to EMH Avon with injuries. A second crash on Nickel Plate Diagonal Road in Carlisle Township sent Danny Rector Jr. 19 of Elyria to EMH Elyria. he was treated and released and cited for DUI and reckless operation.
