Business meeting tied to Avon Lake man’s fatal Cleveland shooting
Cleveland police say 45 year old Ralph Barone was en route to a scheduled 830 pm business meeting in the Cleveland area when he was found shot to death in a car on the near east side. Detective Fransen says evidence places the kill shortly after 830 and investigators are probing a business venture Barone was discussing with one or two others. The meeting may be connected to his Crown Supply Co office supply business on Center Ridge Road in Rocky River.
