Court visit yields mixed feelings on Elyria costs

A reader recalls a traffic mishap and court experience comparing two courts. He praises Elyria Municipal Court for fairness and thorough explanations, notes cost of 8.50 as modest given police, bailiff, judge and staff involvement, and lauds Officer No 11 A J Jagar for helpful service. He contrasts with another case mentioned in Pat Leimbach’s column The Country Wie.
