Penn State DuBois tops Lorain County in home debut

Penn State DuBois defeated Lorain County Community College 82 to 59 as LCCC struggled early trailing 24-12 after the first quarter. Madi Bonner led LCCC with 26 points while Melody Young and Julianna Vokes each scored 15 for DuBois.

West and North All-Stars dominate Lorain County finale

In Elyria High’s senior all-star showcase, the West beat the East 25-15 25-22 20-25, and the North swept the South 25-7 25-21 25-21. Olivia Harris led the West with early kills, while Elyria Catholic’s Lydia Wetzel and North Ridgeville’s Ally Hosier contributed key plays.
