Off duty officer shot in Akron pub murder tied to unruly patron
An off duty Akron police officer, Justin Winebrenner, 32, was killed after approaching an unruly patron at Papa Don's Pub. A second officer was grazed. three patrons were seriously injured. Suspect Kenan Ivery, 35, was captured nearby and faces aggravated murder and five felonious assault counts.
