Supervisors weigh stormwater ordinance and budget plans
White Township supervisors set a workshop for Nov 29 likely to finalize a stormwater management ordinance with changes debated by Gail McCauley and others. They may also adopt a tentative 2019 budget of 9.267 million, tapping reserves to cover an 839,000 revenue shortfall, with final action possible Dec 5 or 19. The board plus PennDOT and HB 1469 discussions, plus a recent Urban Outfitters groundbreaking memento, framed the meeting.
