The Neds Lered post 12 on Gulf and Ohio streets plans cookie sales 18 cookies for 6 with order cutoff Dec 7. Pickup 1 to 3 p.m. Dec 19. A food drive runs Saturdays in November and first two Saturdays in December. Spaghetti dinners 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays cost 6 with carryout. Wreaths 30 each sold by Lorain County Historical Center fundraiser. wreaths can be ordered by Nov 27 for pickup Nov 30 to Dec 1. Numerous programs at LCHS and local venues include Victorian holiday events for kids, First Friday Forum at LCCC, YNot Talk? at YWCA, and other arts and charity activities through December.
