Snowstorm shifts. Ohio spared as winds knock out power

A Northeast Ohio storm veered east, sparing the region heavy snow while parts of Pennsylvania saw 6 to 10 inches. Winds gusting to 46 mph caused about 1,200 power outages in Westlake, with Crocker Road traffic lights out briefly.
