Four Columbus men killed in Newark rail crossing crash
Four hunters from Columbus were killed when their Ford car collided with a westbound Pennsylvania train in heavy fog at Frazenburg near Newark Ohio. The victims were Harry B. Watson Oscar Norville J E Turner and Henry Campbell all of Columbus employed in the Columbus Panhandle shops. The coroner ordered the bodies taken to an undertaker in Frazenburg. Ohio officials noted 180 traffic railroad crossing deaths since January. Also noted were Ohio politicians hunting locally and a Barberton man losing two toes when his gun discharged near Wooster.
