Orion: John Fenstermaker an auctioneer in Lorain County pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide in the July crash that killed six year old Mary Hershberger of Homerville when his 1995 Chevrolet pickup struck a horse drawn Amish buggy on Route 801 near West Salem. Elizabeth Hershberger escaped uninjured along with her mother Saloma. Sentencing set for January 9 after pre sentence review.
