Veterans seek action on PTSD and veteran support
Lorain and Cuyahoga County veterans told U S Senator Sherrod Brown at St. Joseph Community Center in Lorain that PTSD among returning soldiers is under reported and that benefits backlog and job security worries persist. They urged easier access to benefits and less stigma, with Brown saying he is working on reforms and offering to help veterans navigate regulations.
