Lorco Project sewer completion prompts 90 day hook up
The Lorain County Rural Wastewater District finishes a $30 million sewer serving Eaton and Carlisle townships. Pumping began on a 13 mile line to Avon Lake Plant with 500 connections made and 400 more expected. Certification could come next week and violators may face lawsuits for non connection. Eaton Township Trustee Linda Morrison has not yet connected.
