Elyrian Hurt In Alleged Fight In Elyria

Elyria man George Fitzpatrick 322 Seventeenth Street was treated at Elyria Memorial Hospital after a reported fight on Seventeenth Street. Charles Harris 248 Bath Street was charged with disorderly conduct. Witnesses said the men fought. Harris struck Fitzpatrick after an exchange of insults. Fitzpatrick claimed he had been shot, but X rays showed no bullet. Fitzpatrick remained hospitalized in good condition with expected discharge today.
