Ohio Highway Patrol Trooper Josh Grimm pulled over a smoking 1992 Dodge Caravan on State Route 10 near Elyria to save 86 year old Joseph Waltz of Oberlin. Waltz was uninjured as Grimm moved the vehicle aside and blocked traffic just before the van exploded. Firefighters contained the blaze and Route 83 traffic was re routed for about an hour.
