Judge imposes ban as Elyria man faces shooting charge
Sean Buchanan 20 was ordered to stay away from Lorain Metropolitan Housing Authority properties including Wilkes Villa after he was accused of shooting Asia Jackson 19 in the foot near Tedman Court and Pratt Boulevard around 2 45 p m Wednesday. He was charged with felonious assault tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia and held without bond. He faces Elyria Municipal Court today.
