Panel seeks reprimand for Petticord in election conduct
A three member Ohio Supreme Court Board of Professional Conduct panel recommends public reprimand and costs for Dan Petticord for campaign mailer claims about Giovanna Scaletta Bremke. The panel found clear and convincing evidence of violating Rule 4.3 and forwarded the case to a five judge commission for final action. Scaletta Bremke won the Lorain County race 64 220 to 50 786.
