Lorain worker wins reinstatement but no back pay
Kenneth J. Doraski, former Lorain City Community Development Department property manager, is reinstated by the 9th District Court of Appeals after an April civil service ruling but will not receive back pay or compensation for vacation or sick leave and must pay his own attorney fees. The decision follows city officials not contesting the civil service commission ruling. The page also notes a brief extraneous paragraph on Queen Elizabeth I.
