Tony Brown, 37, of Cleveland, with HIV, was ordered by Judge Shirley Strickland Safford to broadcast a televised warning to past clients and others who may have acquired the virus. He pleaded guilty to attempted soliciting, facing up to 18 months with possible probation, after being charged with prostitution while knowing of his HIV status. Brown said he learned of his infection six months ago and had disclosed to some, not all, of his contacts.
