County allocates funds for crippled children and relief surplus
County commissioners approved transferring ten thousand dollars from surplus relief funds to the crippled children’s fund and yearward needs, after the initial seven thousand five hundred dollar appropriation was exhausted last July. A jury in Judge D A Cook's court also returned verdicts in several cruelty and neglect cases, and two men from Vermilion-on-the-Lake were bound over for grand jury after an auto collision near Painesville.
