The five year contract with 2 percent annual raises for about 400 service employees, including 60 patient care assistants earning below the union average, was approved Monday at the LORAIN Mercy Regional Medical Center. Toddler shoots sister in Lorain incident at home
A 3-year-old girl was hospitalized after her 4-year-old brother accidentally shot her in the head while playing at a Lorain home on Sunday morning.
