A cookie dough recipe yields about 3 dozen shapes baked at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies are dipped in Easy Chocolate Coating then rolled in coconut or decorations and cooled on wax paper. The chocolate coating uses melted semi-sweet chocolate and optional flavoring. A spiced orange cider drink makes about 2 quarts and is served hot with citrus and cloves.
