Property Transfers List Shapes Lorain County Real Estate Activity
A long list of real estate transfers is recorded across Lorain and surrounding townships including properties on Copopa Road, Fas Road, River Road in Columbia Township, Wooster Street in Elyria, Erie Road in Brownhelm, and Oak Park Subdivision in Sheffield. Numerous individuals and entities such as Alfred Wharton, Helen N Wright, National Tube Co, The National Bank of Lorain, Spur Bottling Co, and several others are named in deeds transferring rights to parcels, streets, and subdivisions, with multiple undivided interests and various lot numbers, reflecting broad property turnover in the period.
