Appeals court upholds anonymity for Ohio lethal injection drug makers
A 6th Circuit panel rejected three death row inmates bid to strike down Ohio’s 2015 law shielding the suppliers of execution drugs. The decision upholds a lower ruling that the suit lacks concrete injuries, amid Ohio's shift to a three drug method and forthcoming January executions. The dissent warns the ruling undermines transparency in capital punishment debates.
