Sandra Komko age 4 was treated for a laceration above her right eye after a collision at Route 254 and West River road involving a car driven by Vernon Johnson. Both youths were treated at Elyria Memorial Hospital and released after X rays.

Mitchell said the acts stemmed from stupidity and expediency and that he earned eight dollars from each transaction.
