Roscoe Arbuckle and his wife Mrs Mints Durfee Arbuckle filed for divorce in a Providence superior court. She alleges desertion and failure to support since September 1917 while Arbuckle has toured in vaudeville. Married August 5, 1908 in Long Beach California the couple's troubles followed Virginia Rappe's 1921 death after a party Arbuckle hosted.
