An Avon man received a 10 year prison term after jurors found him guilty of two counts of aggravated robbery in the death of Mosa Shafik. Shafik died when a gunman opened fire as the victims sat in a 2006 Nissan Frontier on West 83rd Street in Cleveland on March 14, 2008. Touma survived after four gunshots and helped authorities.
