Guard of Arlington Tomb Guards U S Army Pride at the Unknowns
Richard Schuck supervises 30 soldiers from the 3rd U S Infantry at Arlington National Cemetery. They perform 21 step guard changes and wreath ceremonies at the Tomb of the Unknowns to honor World War I to Vietnam dead. Only a quarter of applicants are accepted after eight months of training and a 100 question exam.

Woman bitten by Lions in Chillicothe House incident
Lisa Peters, 33, was bitten by a female lion while reaching to pet it at her father Charles Peters' home in Chillicothe. The male and female lions were kept in cages with a permit. Her father shot the animal to free her arm and she was flown to Ohio State University Medical Center in fair condition.

Firelands High holds 195 graduates in sunny ceremony
Firelands High School Falcons staged a field graduation with 195 graduates in robes of red and white.
