Six Elyria motorists fined in drunken driving cases
Six drivers pleaded no contest in Elyria Municipal Court and were fined a combined total of 1850 for intoxicated driving. Jerry W Kelly faced 300, two others 250 each, with license suspensions and jail terms partly deferred. Froehlich and McIntire received reduced charges leading to smaller fines and suspensions. Munger received the heaviest penalties with 400 fine and 30 days in jail plus a three year license suspension.
