Man gets five year sentence in overdose case
Cleveland man Shearo Henry, 69, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and related drug charges for selling the drugs tied to the death of Robert Montgomery in Elyria last year. Montgomery was found dead March 30, 2016, after police traced the supply to Henry at a Days Inn room with drugs and paraphernalia.
