Older Latinos withdraw retirement savings at higher rate
An AP NORC poll shows older Latinos are more likely to withdraw or borrow from retirement accounts than whites or Blacks, with 34 percent of Latinos reporting withdrawals. Many use the funds for monthly bills as they struggle to save while living paycheck to paycheck.
