Plans to widen Cooper Foster Park Road to four lanes
Lorain Amherst and Lorain County begin engineering studies on a $5 million plan to widen Cooper Foster Park Road from South Broadway to Leavitt Road to four lanes in two phases. The Vermilion River Resort in Elyria was auctioned by the Lorain County Sheriff to Geico Financial Services for 646867 dollars. The foreclosure stemmed from 500006 dollars in back mortgages.
