Ex-attorney from Lorain charged in federal fraud case
Kirk Perry of Lorain and Jamaica Grant of Cleveland are charged in D C federal court with wire fraud and conspiracy for trafficking two firms under USDA Office for Civil Rights into hiring Grant’s services, then routing kickbacks. Perry allegedly used his USDA position to place his nephew, Grant, who prosecutors say earned about 400000 while Perry received around 125000.
