Grafton man faces alcohol charges in fatal crash
A 19 year old from Grafton was charged with underage possession and underage consumption after a March crash that submerged a car at Route 57 and Mennell Road. Dominic Zunis, 18, of Elyria, died. BAC was 0.172. Gusky admitted involvement and officers found many alcohol containers in the vehicle.
