Brew Keeper nets custom brews at North Ridgeville shop

Mark Wise, 33, Avon, former pro ball coach, opens The Brew Keeper at 34445 Center Ridge Road offering 45 beer recipes. Customers brew on site, select labels, and pay 155 to 200 dollars per batch yielding 71 bottles after three weeks fermentation and carbonation. Wise partners with Ken George, his father in law, as the business co owner.
