Slain baby's dad faces evidence tampering charge
Wiley Taylor Jr of Eaton Township, father of six month old William Anthony Taylor found dead in the Black River, is arraigned today on an added charge of tampering with evidence. His wife Robbie Taylor faces obstructing justice and tampering with evidence charges for allegedly aiding concealment. Both pleaded innocent. pre trial hearings set before Lorain County Common Pleas Court Judge Lynett McGough.

Columbia Township raises zoning map costs and public works plans

LaGrange Keystone High and Middle schools will join Channel One next fall after a 5 0 board vote to sign a three year contract with Whittle Communications operator of Channel One The 12 minute student geared newscast includes two minutes of ads approved by an educational panel with no alcohol or drug ads and Whittle provides a TV and VCR per room with ad posters in buildings.

Avon considers levies for park upkeep and road work
